E-RESEARCH GROUP
The Melbourne eResearch Group (MEG) under the leadership of Professor Richard Sinnott supports the development, support and delivery of research-oriented IT systems to a wide range of research communities at the University of Melbourne.
WE ARE A TALENTED GROUP
The MEG has established a team of software engineers working in a range of applied computing science areas. Our capabilities serve to advance and augment, rather than replace traditional research methodologies.
OUR SKILLS
HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
Researchers across the University are now more reliant on computation solutions to underpin their work. MEG can assist researchers by consulting with them to develop mutually beneficial grant applications or business plans, and, if successful, delivery of the solutions across the life of the grant. The team are resourced to do “some” pro bono work, but the need and demand from across the University far outweigh the resources currently available in MEG.
