The Melbourne eResearch Group have a new project focused on establishing a national registry (Smart Ortho) with researchers at St Vincents Hospital focused on addressing the evidence-to practice gap for  selection of candidates and timing of total knee replacement for patients with advanced osteoarthritis. This project was funded by the NHMRC.
